| Responsibilities: | Working in conjunction with our CEO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning to assure the Agency achieves goals for business development and non-operating support. Assumes oversight responsibility of all aspects of sales, marketing, community outreach and fund development (including annual appeals, fundraising events, major donor cultivation, corporate and foundation support and planned giving). You will develop and execute comprehensive plans to achieve business goals and obtain non-operating funds sufficient to meet annual budget needs as well as a long-term plan to build an endowment fund and develop an effective planned giving program to meet future support needs; oversight of fundraising and event planning, donor database and donor recognition; and, oversight of community outreach efforts to assure effective messages to clients, potential clients, referral sources, donors and potential donors. |

| Qualifications: | Masters Degree preferred with a minimum of five years of progressive experience in fund development and marketing. Demonstrable management expertise required with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. |
