Registered Nurse Positions
Liaison Nurse (RN)
As Liaison Nurse (RN) you will use your clinical expertise as well as apply your marketing abilities to educate the community and help build strong, lasting relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians and other professional resources. Must have health care sales experience. Clinical acumen and a strong comfort level calling on health care providers in both Boston and metro-west hospitals.

Home Health Aide Positions
Home Health Aide I
As a Home Health Aide you will be trained to assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living in all Agency Programs. The home health aide works as a member of the health care team of the Agency following a plan of care established and supervised by the nurse or therapist. In the Adult Day Health, the home health aide also assists the professional program staff in implementing the program services and meeting the needs of individual program participants.

Rehab Positions
Occupational Therapist -- All Shifts
As a Registered Occupational Therapist you will provide direct care to our clients under a physician's orders. In addition, you will evaluate our clients and design and provide a therapeutic program in coordination with our other clinician disciplines. You will also be responsible for the teaching and supervision of our Home Health Aides who are assisting with the therapy service delivery as well as our Therapy Assistants as appropriate. |
Physical Therapist -- All Shifts
As a Physical Therapist you will provide direct care to our clients under the orders of a physician. You will also evaluate clients and design and provide a therapeutic program with realistic goals with attention to improving functional outcomes. |
Administrative Positions
Community Relations Coordinator
Working in conjunction with our Director of Business, Community & Fund Development, the ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing all fundraising activities as well as community outreach activities to clients, referral sources, donors and potential donors. You will develop regular publicity for the Agency through traditional and new media outlets; coordinate the production and distribution of Agency newsletters; coordinate outreach activities with volunteer groups and individuals who support the Agencys mission and help increase public awareness of the Agency; plan, publicize and implement Agency fundraising activities; coordinate the production of marketing materials; plan and coordinate public education programs; and, provide support to staff responsible for annual public programs that promote the Agencys mission. |
Director of Business, Community & Fund Development
Working in conjunction with our CEO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning to assure the Agency achieves goals for business development and non-operating support. Assumes oversight responsibility of all aspects of sales, marketing, community outreach and fund development (including annual appeals, fundraising events, major donor cultivation, corporate and foundation support and planned giving). You will develop and execute comprehensive plans to achieve business goals and obtain non-operating funds sufficient to meet annual budget needs as well as a long-term plan to build an endowment fund and develop an effective planned giving program to meet future support needs; oversight of fundraising and event planning, donor database and donor recognition; and, oversight of community outreach efforts to assure effective messages to clients, potential clients, referral sources, donors and potential donors. |
