What is the range of care available for someone nearing the end-of-life?Wayside Hospice is committed to providing a continuum of care so we can meet clients wherever they are on their journey. Our continuum of care approach gives clients the choice of home health care, in-home hospice care and residence care as needed.*
Is there care available for those not quite ready for Hospice care?Yes, because Wayside Hospice is a program of Parmenter Community Health, patients may choose home health care services.
