Cindy Mayher, CEO
Cindy Mayher has been at Parmenter's helm since 1989. Before that, she worked in various administrative positions in home health care - both in for-profit and in not-for-profit organizations. She has lived in Weston since 1995."It has been my deep privilege to work with such an exceptional staff, governing board and community leaders. It is because of the people associated with Parmenter, that the organization has been able to provide the quality and diversity that has been its hallmark."
Cassandra Perfetti, CFO
Cassandra began her career in homecare in 1989 at the Norwell Visiting Nurse Association, before coming to Parmenter in 2000. Her expertise in information systems and the health care industry has been invaluable to us in increasing our efficiency and reducing costs, thereby improving the quality of care we are able to provide."The rewards at Parmenter are twofold. It offers such a broad spectrum of healthcare programs, that the community enjoys a true continuum of care for it's residents. And, it is both energizing and rewarding to be teamed with such incredibly talented, dedicated, and compassionate clinicians and caregivers."
