Home health care with visiting nurse services includes:  

• Comprehensive nursing care - including wound care specialists and a psychiatric nurse
• Assistance with medication management, including pain management and symptom management
• Physical, occupational and speech therapies

Parmenter patients enjoy the support of a fully staffed Rehabilitation Department whose Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists have, between them, interest and expertise in all areas of health care but most particularly orthopedic conditions, stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson's Disease, cardiac/pulmonary rehab, balance disorders, mental health issues and pediatrics. For individuals living alone and at risk of falling, Parmenter’s Personal Emergency System is a service that provides both patient and family with a sense of security. 

Telehealth is an in-home monitoring program that allows the Parmenter nurses to remotely monitor a patient’s blood pressure, weight, and oxygen saturation.  For those with cardiac disease, Telehealth monitoring can help effectively manage this care and avoid unnecessary hospitalizations.
